Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Return information
Return Window:
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We offer free returns from the shop and a full refund on unused equipment. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Returns are free when bought directly from asphaltrose.com. Customers purchasing through Amazon should follow Amazon's return process.

Refund Policy:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times by banks or credit card companies may vary. If more than 15 business days pass without receiving your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please email our customer service team and return the item to the address provided above.
Exceptions:
Some items, such as perishable goods (plants, seeds), custom orders, or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your product.
Restocking Fee:
