Step-By-Step Assembly (No Tools Required!)

1. Secure the Light Frame Place the base on a flat surface. Align the holes at the bottom of the LED light frame with the built-in screws on the base.

2. Hand-Tighten the Lock Nuts Take the two lock nuts and twist them onto the screws. Simply use your fingers to tighten them until the light frame is steady. There is no need for a screwdriver or wrench.

3. Connect the Power Plug the power cord into the side of the light frame and then into your wall outlet.

4. Arrange the Trays Place the large growing tray onto the base. Then, nestle the three silicone trays inside it.

5. Prep the Mats and Lids Drop one jute grow mat into each silicone tray. After you sow your seeds, place the germination lids on top to kickstart the growing process.

Customizable Lighting: The Dual-Mode Timer

The Asphalt Rose system is more than just a garden; it can also serve as a stylish light source for your home. We’ve designed the controls to be intuitive, whether you are growing in a dark basement or a busy living room.

Button 1: Constant Light Mode If you want the light to stay on indefinitely, simply press this button. This is ideal if you are using the system in a non-living space like an attic or basement where a constant light source is helpful.

Button 2: The 12-Hour Automatic Timer For most growers, the 12-hour cycle is best for plant health.

How to Activate: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds.
The Signal: When you release your finger, the lamp will blink twice. This confirms the timer is active.
How it Works: If you activate the timer at 8:00 AM, it will automatically turn off at 8:00 PM and turn back on at 8:00 AM the next morning.

Pro Tip: If the power goes out or you unplug the unit, simply wait until your preferred "start time" the next morning (like 8:00 AM) and reactivate the timer. It’s that simple.
